Reference projects

In 2020, the former prison De Koepel was renovated into a center for culture and education. It now houses a university of applied sciences, a cinema, catering facilities, and various organizations and companies. The surrounding area will also be transformed to include student and social housing, a hotel, small-scale hospitality venues, and a parking garage.

The construction of Yvie (also known as Y-Towers), which consists of two buildings: a 110-meter-high hotel and a 101-meter-high residential tower, located in Amsterdam, is connected by a four-storey podium that accommodates public spaces, conference halls, and a lobby. 

The Efteling  Hotel reopened on April 18, 2025, after being closed from January 6 to April 17, 2025. During those three months, the entire ground floor was renovated, and the entrance was relocated. In addition, the hotel has been relaunched under a new name: Efteling Wonder Hotel.

The "Nieuw Bergen" project is located in the center of Eindhoven and consists of seven buildings. Five newly developed and two renovated. The project features a large building volume and high urban density, but no large, massive residential towers. The development includes 237 homes and various commercial spaces. With a focus on sustainability and inclusivity, it will add 3,200 m² of green space to the city center and offer a diverse range of rental apartments.

Eurostaete consists of a 40-meter low-rise building and a 100-meter high-rise tower, located directly next to the Philips Stadium at the entrance to the Strijp district in Eindhoven. In addition to the 479 rental residential units, the ground floor will also accommodate shops and offices. Atop the low-rise building will be a shared roof garden featuring a greenhouse for urban farming. Delivery is planned for the end of 2025.

Lighthouse is a tower 109 meters high, located in the center of Strijp-S, Eindhoven. This project includes 333 rental homes and offers commercial space on the ground floor. The exterior walls, from the ground up to the 34th floor, are made entirely of brick. Fire safety was one of the most important considerations in the preparations for Lighthouse, partly due to the building’s final use and its height.

Sawa is a wooden residential building in Rotterdam’s Lloydkwartier, with 90% constructed from CLT (cross-laminated timber). Designed to inspire future generations, it supports sustainability goals and showcases a new way of building. Greenery is integrated into balconies, terraces, and decks to boost local biodiversity. The project includes around 100 homes.

The buildings of the RIVM in Bilthoven no longer meet contemporary requirements, and renovating them would be less efficient. As a result, a new 18-storey facility of about 80,000 m² was built on the edge of Utrecht Science Park, offering around 1,700 workspaces and over 200 laboratories. Its sustainability features have been assessed using the BREEAM methodology, and the building received the highest possible rating of “Outstanding.”

The former tax offices at Kooikersweg in 's-Hertogenbosch have been transformed into a building that contains 85 living areas, including studios and two-room apartments, with floor space ranging from 30 m² to 83 m². The apartments and studios meet the latest housing requirements. This building bears the name 'De Hertogin' and it is located next to De Hertog, which Certitudo Capital also transformed into apartments in 2014.
