The GAK building overlooks the rural ‘Bos en Lommerplantsoen’ gardens in Amsterdam-West. When its doors opened in 1960, the building was one of the most modern offices in the Netherlands. The renovated complex is still very charming. The building offers a floor area of roughly 40,000 m², which is enough room for 651 studio flats. The former administrative office has been transformed into a residential property in the Dutch capital.
