The Revolutionary Multicollar Slim

The Mulcol Multicollar Slim is one of our revolutionary products. The Multicollar Slim consists of a stainless steel band with 174 segments and a total length of 2610 mm. It comes with 20 multiclips and 20 multiscrews suitable for both flexible and rigid structures. In addition to these structures, the collar can also be installed on coated stone-wool boards. It is easy to cut the Multicollar Slim to any length. With a height of just 30 mm, it is the slimmest fire collar currently available.

The Multicollar Slim can be used on pipes with diameters of between 40 mm and 315 mm, making it unique amongst fire collars! As a modern producer of innovative products, Mulcol International has tested the latest plastic tubes available on the market. For instance: Geberit Silent, WavinSitech and RehauRapiano Plus; low noise pipes used for drainage. Fibre-reinforced and composite pipes, such as: Aquatherm Blue, Green and Red pipes. We have also successfully tested aluminium composite pipes such as Uponor, Henco, GeberitMepla, Wavin Tigris and Alpex DUO. Some have also been tested with PE foam.

Concentric exhaust ducts (flue/combustion air supply) and aluminium flues have been tested in flexible and rigid structures. The Multicollar Slim has also been tested with non-flammable pipes such as copper and steel with elastomeric insulation.
